SMD component decode problem (LD mark)
« on: June 08, 2022, 07:25:14 am »
Hi, I have a huge problem with decode of SMD component. It's element Q36 .LDt (LD*) probably SOT 363 or SC70-6 package. I found NL7SZ18DFT2 but it's multiplexer, MOSFET BF1202R only available on SOT143R, SOT143B, SOT343R, package (only 4 pins package). The photo of PCB on attachment.
Regards Krzysztof

Could you trace out the circuit in the vicinity? Can you identify the ground and supply pins? That might help to visualise what it is.

I have a feeling that "t" may be a code which identifies the manufacturing location, as in parts made by NXP.

Are the other components American or Japanese or something else?

Other components are from Texas Instruments, NXP, National Instruments, ST, Linear Technology.

Yes, but I can found only track close to damaged transistor it's multilayer PCB (probably 6 or 8 )
