SMD Diode identification

Trying to repair an electronic toothbrush. It has a shorted SMD diode that is too small to photograph with the marking X with three vertical bands at one side. Any ideas what this could be? I've tried googling and the SMD codebook.

Things will be much easier if you upload a picture, even if the details are not very clear. According to your description, I guess it is RB161VA-20.
