SMD IDENT: "RHS AK" (SOT223) by ON Semiconsductor

Please, can you help me identify SOT223 SMD with marks; "RHS AK"  by ON Semiconsductor?!?
I am googling it for the last 2 hours and nothing even similar....i am clueless

Some context might help. Does it have a circuit reference? Can you show us a photo of the part and the PCB?

Maybe the surrounding components on the PCB might give a clue what it might be.  Usually I search in https://smd.yooneed.one/

VT1 one pin goes on resistor R47- 1k,  "common pin" goes over R22 to C9 positive pole, and third pin goes somewhere over through holes...



UPS was completely dead...entire H bridge was burnt down, so as rectifying input part....after replacing all the mosfets and diodes, the UPS woke up and working, but power off by button doesnt work, it stays on and it doesnt switch to online mode when AC 230 mains is applied...so i guess the control logic of switching power on and off so as switching inverter mode is stil in malfunction so i did get to the RHS AK in SOT223 that turns to be all short...

UPDATE: this is PNP transistor  (base-collector-emiter)....found on other UPS on same spot similar mark; RKS AH
...but still, dont know the equivalent

just found it as BCP53 with SMD mark AH...its a PNP transistor
