First thing, I'm self taught so I apologies ahead of time. I'm working on a 12v DC 20A SMPS Universal Regulated Switching Power Supply for cctv, all i've found bad so far is one of the main NPN switching transistors failed. It's a Fairchild J13009 (TO-247). When searching all i find is a FJ13009-2 (TO-220) i Can't find a data sheet on it. All i know is it's a "NPN high-voltage fast-switching power transistor" It's your typical 12v Chinesium supply. Whatever you dig up would be appreciated, either a data sheet or a comparable replacement. I'm sure i forgot to add something. |

How about https://www.farnell.com/datasheets/1852081.pdf Yes TO220, but in a SMPS it will work, just remember to fix the thing that killed it first, likely the primary side start up capacitors, typically a 100 to 220uF 63V capacitor there on the primary side. |

that one is a 12A and I'm not sure how well the TO-220 will fit in the TO-247 socket and heatsink. |
