SMPS Transformer Replace
« on: September 27, 2023, 06:35:34 pm »
Hello,
I have a PCB where the SMPS transformer is burned. I replaced with another that I have from another same PCB (is from an old same exactly machine) and the circuit works fine. I write the number "34115ADM-T1" on the internet but I didn't find nothing at all. Do you know if can I find another SMPS transformer to replaced it and what specs I have to look? At the attached pictures are the transformer windings and the resistance between them (at excel picture/table).

SMPS transformers are usually custom wound for that particular SMPS.
They are not off the shelf parts.

So you won't get a replacement.

Under microscope look at where the windings connect to legs. Copper wires to legs. Usually you will see separation there. That's usually is all that is burned. If you see such condition, fine solder tip and no flux, and Bob is your uncle.  :horse:

The transformer has blown out.
