Smps/travel charger with yellow usb connector ?

Anyone happen to know what is it Smps or travel charger with yellow usb connector supposed to mean ?

Imho, has no rectiying D at T ouput so the DMM cant read DCV unless interposed by a D

Given the general dirt, corrosion and condition of the whole unit, the yellow in the USB socket just looks like aged white plastic to me.  Possibly caused by sunlight and/or chemicals.

short: no special meaning, just "always on" - which does make sense on a charger (but would be more meaningful on, say, a computer port)
