Hello everyone,
After a lot of searching on the net and even ChatGPT I cannot find a component that has the marking AQT. After some reverse engineering I concluded that this is some type of voltage supervisor with a threshold voltage of cca. 1.22V. The package is DFN-8 and input voltage is greater than 24V. When voltage is below 23.5V the IC has its output open-drain active and disables (pulls to ground) a DC/DC buck converter.
The correct orientation could not be found as the IC went up in flames

But I suspect the pins to be: 1 - Vin (24V+), 2 - GND, 3 - GND, 4 - NC, 5 - GND, 6 - Vin(24V+), 7 - OUTPUT, 8 - REFERENCE (24V to voltage divider to 1.22V threshold). I suspect that pins 2,3, 6 could be some settings pins.
I would really appreciate some help if someone came across this small component. This component is in the MAN Yacht motors Electronic Lever control. Checked all SMD codebooks, compared Farnell and Mouser IC supervisors to no avail.
Thank you and best regards
