Title: SMT PBGA Chip Replacement near Kent England

Hi guys I have a piece of equipment with a blown Infineon Tricore SAK-TC1797-512F180E I need replaced, anyone know someone who can do this for me ?

I was going to recommend www.sti-limited.co.uk (http://www.sti-limited.co.uk) - but their web site currently appears to be down.

Might be worth giving them a call anyway; I've used them before for BGA rework with excellent results.
