Snap on qtech II air conditioning unit reset

Hello,
Does anyone know the procedure for resetting this unit please?
I have a blank display; I think it's a matter of taking a pin low and then powering up but have no literature.
All I know is that it can be done. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.
