Soar MS-3015 oscilloscope service manual needed

Hi,

I picked up a vintage oscilloscope really cheap - Soar MS-3015.
No power, no trace. Something is wrong with the power supply area.
I am looking for service manual and/or schematic about this scope.
Anyone has any technical information about it?
