look like 9.9M to me. Also 9.9M would make a lot of sense since adding 100k you would have 10M on the input.

Thank you. I think so too, but the drawings also look a bit like 9.5

Yup.  The pixels in the middle of the right side are curved the wrong way for a 5; they form an upward point, not a downward curve.  Compare it to the 5 immediately to the left.
