Solartron/Schlumberger 7081 calibration key
« on: May 18, 2016, 05:01:58 pm »
If anyone has an original calibration key for a Solartron/Schlumberger 7081, 7071, 7061 or 7062 meter, then please can you tell me the key's number (three digits stamped on the side of an original key)?

A friend may be able to source a new key for me - from a stock of Honeywell/Micro Switch AML 20 series keylock switches, but they need know the key's number.

One side is stamped "Micro Switch USA"

The other side "601". In smaller print (in one corner) is "HV61".

Thank you for that information, it proved extremely useful.

There were no "601" numbered keys in the keylock switch stock. However, a Google search for "Micro Switch 601 HV61" achieved a positive result. It found an eBay seller offering new AML key switches, complete with two "HV61 - 601" keys, all for about the price of having a single spare key cut (and without the need for an original key to copy).  :-+
