soldering station 8858d+ hot air gun part repair

Hi guys
Does anyone have a soldering station sunrun 8858d+ model?


I didn't know what it was because the two resistors connected to BAT16 were burnt when I saw a failure related to the hot air fan. Anyone with the same model or something similar can tell me what it is?
