Soldering tweezers compatible with Pace MBT250
«

I have a Pace TT-65 SensaTemp II ThermoTweez solder/desolder tool, but it's a bit big and clunky.
Are there any other tweezers that are compatible with the older Pace soldering stations such as the MBT250 that use a PT100 sensor?
Thanks
David

I was hoping that maybe the MiniTweez MT-100 might be available in Sensatemp - but it looks like only Intelliheat (what's the difference?).

David,
NO.
The Tweezers for the Pace SensaTemp system are the TT-65 Tweezers (offered for 20+ years).
https://paceworldwide.com/tt-65-thermotweez-thermal-tweezer-sensatemp
I have a complete Pace Sensatemp system (MBT-250) and major hand pieces,
as well as the newer ADS-200 AccuDrive system.
Yes, the Pace Intelliheat and AccuDrive are NEWER Technology (introduced 15 years ago) .... supporting cartridge style tip/heater, like major competitors (JBC, Hakka, OKI/Metal). Pace offers smaller tweezers, in line with changing needs for bench tech (SMT, and smaller component sizes), for those newer technologies, not legacy Sensatemp.

Old catalog can be found here:

Not sure if you have seen Mikes video, but this may be workaround to get a little more use out of them (using PS90 tips). At your own risk, but you can always try diy replating if you mess up.

The DTP-80 was also available for the SensaTemp system, for QFP and PLCC packages. And the CT-15, for the Pulse Heat system, is a type of tweezer for some older SMT profiles.
