Where to find a MA60H383 (wireless mouse IC)?
« on: November 14, 2023, 03:28:50 pm »
Hello,
I am troubleshooting a 2.4 GHz wireless mouse and suspect that the main IC, a MA60H383 from MosArt, needs to be replaced.

Does anybody know where I can buy a small number of MA60H383's?

Note that the part I need to replace has a 28 pin package. There is an offer on Aliexpress for MA60H383's, but in TSOP20 package. I am not sure if this is the same IC in a different package or something entirely different.

On a side note, I would also be interested in the datasheet, in case anyone has a copy.

Thank you in advance!

Best regards, Jonas

Interesting that there are so many different packages of the same chip. Unfortunately I have not been able to find the data sheet.

The mouse I am troubleshooting is a "DXT Mouse 2 Wireless".

The 28-pin chip used the the DXT mouse also appears in the Adesso iMouse T40 and T50

Even I'm facing same issue. I got MA641EJ-7 at USB receiver end and MA3812-3 on the mouse PCB. Specifically it's Cherry MW4500 mouse that somehow started to heat up the PCB, blew a resistor and a capacitor, caused Alkaline batteries to get extremely hot.

Any amount of googling for Datasheets revealed none. I couldn't even find the manufacturer for the generic wireless ICs. All I found is a few similar looking kits sold on tradekorea.com with suspiciously similar model numbers. Also found a few missing links from cached AliBaba.com products. My guess is Chinese manufacturer but exact question is who?
