Weller WMD3 issue

Hello everyone,
I just bought a used Weller WMD 3 and just received it.
The irons get hot, the vacuum is a bit capricious and the AIR doesn't work at all. So I have this faulty AIR/VACUUM pump.
The second problem is that the UP and DOWN keys doesn't work. I tried a RESET by pressing the TIMER and "1,2,3" buttons, the screen displays "000" but the factory settings are not restored.
I wondered if I have dead switch but they work when I hold down the "1,2,3" button while scrolling through the channels.
I'm thinking an EEPROM problem...
What else can I check?

Can you check the pump with external power?
