I have a Sorenson DCS300-3.5M9A supply that powers up OK and works below about 30V, above this it goes into a current limited state with no load attached. The HV lytics, output lytics, and the LV supply lytics are within spec for capacitance, ESR, and leakage. The output of this supply can biased up (with another supply) to 150V (limit of the external supply) without excessive current draw so the fault does not appear to be an internal current draw in the output section. The drive to the transformer looks looks correct.
I am looking for a schematic / service information on how to fix this.
Thanks in advance,
Benja

Are you using this in standalone config without sense wires etc? You need to make sure you have it configured correctly in the DB25 connector on the rear (J3) double check your plug is wired/jumpered correctly for your usage.
Had a DCS30 series come in to work for repair the other day strangely enough, really well made PSU, I needed to do a lot of work to repair it though!
