ST W80NE06-10 replacement for RC charger

Hi,

I'm trying to fix an RC charger which was pretty cutting edge 20 years ago! I think the main FET is blown, but I can't find any info on it:
ST W80NE06-10

Does anyone recognise the part number and have any information on it so I can choose a suitable replacement?
