Standford Research DS345 Error

Does anyone have a service manual for the DS345 function generator?

Mine began displaying (what looks like): Offset 0 Error

See picture for the exact display

I looked in the manual, and it states it could be a offset control or output amplifier, but I don't know where these circuits are located.
