Anyone recognise this chip logo/series
« on: June 27, 2021, 11:50:01 am »
Looking at a Li battery controller that gives a regulated DC power output. It has several chips that I've not been able to identify.  Not able to photograph effectively but all have BA7xxx code and logo "AP"(?) perhaps as shown in attached image.  The BA7K11 and BA7K11 look to be SOT223-8 packages (~5 x 4mm across the encapsulation). The BA7P12 appears to be a MOSFET.  Does anyone recognise this manufacturer and or chip series?

When I search for BA7P I get ...

http://www.aosmd.com/pdfs/datasheet/AO4402.pdf

When I search for BA7K I get ...

http://www.aosmd.com/pdfs/datasheet/AO4419.pdf

However, there is no reference to BA7P or BA7K in either datasheet???

Thanks for the ID. For some reason when I search for BA7K or BA7P I turn up nothing still. Must be search engine business.  Links make perfect sense for this application.
