Hi all, Need your help on what the part number of attached pic could be? The marking reads to me as ANW. There is another exact part on the same PCB and it measures as a NPN BJT.....for the life of me, I cannot find a BJT marked as ANW :-//. Most of the BJT SOT23's, I am familiar with, have the right pin as the Emitter, but on the working one, it shows up as the Base. Trust you guys to get me out of this one........ |

Is there silk screen that says it’s a transistor? Could also be a double diode… Edit: I found MAX810 via https://www.google.com/search?q=sot23+ANW&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&hl=de-de&client=safari |
| rfengg:
Ah, yes.....the silkscreen says its Q12.....other dual diodes are indeed marked with a "D" prefix. |

It may be a linear voltage regulator. I think it requires a bit of research of the surroundings. |

Unlikely, “Q“ is strong evidence for a transistor |
