McIntosh front panel paint blisters: What's the exact right touchup paint?

Anyone here had to fix those infernal paint peels and bubbling on old McIntosh faceplates?

I've got one in front of me and can verify Testor's gloss black in the little bottle is real close but doesn't quite exactly match. Is there a known good paint for this? Please share what you've heard and thank you very much.
