Systron Donner 7003 multimeter repair

Hi! I was given an old Systron Donner 7003 multimeter. I replaced old electrolythic capacitors, cleaned contacts and replaced a broken resistance selector switch.

Now the multimeter measures resistace correctly, but fails to measure voltage and current. The display just flickers and shows incorect value.

I was Googling for manual or schematic, but the search didn't return anything useful.

Does anybodey have a schematic or manual for this instrument?
