TDC 1500 receiver FM misalignment.

Hello everyone. I am currently doing a small project of an obscure little receiver by the name of TDC 1500. From what I can tell it was the house brand of the electronics chain store Tech HIFI. It is working great other than the fact the whatever station I'm picking up, even if it's a good strong signal, reads about 0.5Mhz too high on the dial. For example if I receive 103.7, the dial will say 104.2. My first thought was that I could mechanically adjust the dial pointer, except that I can pick up 850 AM and the pointer is right on the money. I could not find any documentation on this receiver so I do not know how to proceed with troubleshooting. If anyone has any documentation or pointers on the solution, I would be grateful.
