TDK-Lambda SMPS fail-repaired

This TDK-Lambda LS100-12 ($32 at Digikey) failed, no power LED. It seemed a very intermittent rare fail for a few months. This may/may not be a common failure mode for these. After spending some time checking caps, resistors, resoldering the primary side, I went to test the power Mosfet P11NM60N and desoldered the outer 2 leads, the part fell off the board. You could not see this broken drain lead, there is a full rubber insulator around the device. Obviously a mechanical failure that started on installation of the part during assembly. No stock at digikey/Mouser for P11NM60N. Will have to sub it with something close. Hope this helps someone.
