Jarek:
Thank you @sicco. I will do as you write and let you know the results.
Jarek:
I managed to partially repair the oscilloscope. I replaced the processor.
Now it starts correctly.
This has one more fault, on channel 2 there is a sine wave with an amplitude of 100V.
sicco:
A decent sine wave? What frequency? Might be an internal test/calibration signal that stays connected in the ceramic attenuator module?
Check the main board bottom side for R’s and C’s that may have floated away when you applied bottom heat while swapping the CPU.
Jarek:
Thanks for advice .
As usual, you're right. It was a sine wave of about 34 kHz. I washed the PCB again and it's OK now.
