TDS430A Acqusition Memory information?

Hi all,
I have a Tek TDS-430A scope that fails the acqui test on start-up showing a Channel 1 memory fault. Everything else passes.

I have so far been searching in vain for any information that would help me identify which chips on the acquisition board are the memory for Channel 1.

Anybody here able to help?
