TDS460A - PS2217 power supply clicking when off?

Hi there,

I got this scope I just finished repairing after replacing a completely rotten backplane board

Put it all back together, everything seems to be working fine,

But then *soft* turned off I can hear something clicking inside

I've measured the mains and it appears to be pulling 6W in that state

I guess I could live with it but it would get pretty annoying and the kachonk is real hard to access at the back with my setup
