Title: TDS5054 SPC error 50ohmOvld

Hi all,
I hope someone can help me locating this issue.
I have a Tek TDS5054 (not B-model) which has been working just fine, but suddenly I get a SPC error and when doing diagnostics, it reports a 50ohmOvld error. I would suspect the 50 Ohm termination resistor to be defective, but how do I locate this, and is it possible to diagnose which channel is at fault?
I get no detailed info when doing the diagnostic test.
