TDS520D Horizontal position not moving

I can't move waveforms horizontally on my TDS520D. The horizontal position knob isn't moving waveforms. I've tried a few troubleshooting steps to no avail:
Factory Reset (normal and DPO)
Diag/Err: no failures
Pressing the help button then turning the horizontal position knob does display its help text
I replaced the front panel. No change.
Tried both channels with different probes
Checked the zoom menu and tried the different lock/unlock functions
Am I missing some hidden locking function which persists through a factory reset? Should I be looking at the acquisition or processing boards? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Did you set the acquisition length to more than 1000 Samples?
Did you turn off the "fit to screen" option?
Did you turn off DPO / InstaVu mode?
