TDS6124C PowerPC board FPGA bitsream corrupted

Hello everybody,
I found the problem on my TDS6124C.
The bitstream of the Spartan2 FPGA consists essentially of ones.
Does anybody have an idea where I could get it?
I'll ask Tektronix, but I expect that in best case they can only
replace the board nowadays.

I found that very likely it is the same PPC board as in the TDS7154B, and TDS6154C.
Does anybody have access to such a unit?
