TDS7154B booting

hi All

I have a TDS7154B that is defective. Windows boots up ok but later on application hangs up
display "Tektronix digital Phosphor Oscilloscope  powered by DPX technology with pin point troggering"

Any clues as to how do i proceed with the troubleshooting

Hi All

the application did boot up after some time and diplays
Acq board HF step Phase cal error code 351.

Running SPC does not help and it fails
