E3631A repair

Hi folks,

Looking for a 8051 for the front panel of the E3631A.

Either the original part or the hex file for it and I could flash one myself, if the 8051 is around in flash.

Or am I screwed here and have to buy a new front panel?

found the other thread on the 34401-88804. so I just bought a display board for the 33401a and will pull the chip from it.
