Technogym Run Race D140

Hi all!
I am reparing a Threadmill Technogym Run Race D140, It doesn't turns on.
It only sends a beep and slygtly ilumintes the digits at the controll board, only for quite half a second, than remains off.
I saw here some reference to a similar problem posted by member senso from portugal.
Senso, if you reach this post, can you please help?
