Tek AWG2021 Firmware?

Hello, hopefully someone on the forums will be able to help me - I recently tried dumping the firmware for my Tek AWG2021, but when I reinserted the firmware chips the generator will no longer boot! I'm assuming that I somehow cleared the eeprom :(

Does anyone happen to have a dump somewhere they wouldn't mind sharing?

Yah they're definitely installed on the board correctly. I was using a questionable PLCC44 --> DIP40  so its possible pins were incorrectly shorted when I was trying to dump.
