While locating a source for these pins I got a temp fix that might be adequate for a while.
As seen in the photos of the original posting the outside pin is 0.1570" long and 0.0300" in diameter.
I usually work in metric but since this is an original Tek part I figured it would match drill sizes better.
To replace the probe pin I used one of the numerous clothing pins I got when I got a new shirt. You can see its remains in one photo.
The shirt needle is 0.0255" in diameter, a good fit for a 0.026" drill using the Dremel in a makeshift drill press.
Located the center of the brass pad with the screw thread and used a jeweler's file to make two V grooves at 90° to position the drill in the middle and prevent wandering.
After prepping the surfaces and the pin it was hard soldered in the hole and cut/sharpened to size. It screwed back in its original position without fuss after cleaning the leftover flux.
Probe works perfectly with the witch hat and the IC accessories.
Hope this might be useful to someone in a similar situation.
