Title: Tek TDS744 screen flicker and color change

I can feel the screen of my TDS744 is about to die, as soon as I turn it up it quickly changes colors and flickers fast, this is a video:

Any idea what could it be?

Reason: capacitor leakage on PCB with EPROM in CRT unit.
Replace eletrolytics and washing PCB.
