Title: Tektronics TDS1020

Have a couple of TDS1020 that do not work.
They light up with screen backlight but no self check and no display. I would like a schematic of the power supply and some basic steps on how to reload the firmware.,

If it's anything like the TDS3000 series there are no publicly released schematics. The "service manual" tells you how to determine which board to replace.

This is to Tek's service manual for the 1000 series.  Tek 1020 is not shown.  Is that the correct number?  If it is the same series, search  for the TDS1000 series.

Of course, Tek probably won't have the schematics.  The point I was raising was whether TDS1020 was the correct model as that model was not included in the manual for that series.  OP hasn't responded, so it's a moot point.
