Hello,

if got a Tektronix with some different problems. I want to fix it but i can't find a service manual.
Have somebody this manual?

Seemingly not. Tektronix, TekWiki, BAMA and Elektrotanya don't have it. If you do end up buying a copy from Artek, I don't think there would be anything legally wrong with uploading it somewhere publicly available, as it's not their intellectual property (standard disclaimers about me not being a lawyer apply), and you'd possibly do someone somewhere a solid.

The manual for the 2221 will be close enough to serve for most issues you are likely to run into.  The basic scope is virtually the same, the 2221 has a few more digital features.

The Artek manuals I have purchased are much better copies than anything I have found for free. Especially the schematics

What's going on with it?

Fist problem was an exploding riva cap. That's not really the problem.
The real problem ist that i have no traces on the screen after powering up. Only with the button  "beam find" i have something like a small trace on the screen.
I have no idea where i should start the troubleshooting.

Post a clear photo of the entire front of the scope so that we can see how the controls are set.  Then I can walk you through a few troubleshooting steps.  If beam find shows a trace, then the situation is a bit more promising and you likely don't have a major problem.
