Tektronix 2430A switching from 50-100us moves CH1/2 down

I have 2 working CCD chips finally, and all tests pass. Today I notice that when changing from 50us to 100us, CH2 trace moves down about 1-2mm, and ch1 about 1/2mm, thats on all V/div and when GND coupled also.

What might do that ?

Did you do a COLD START, followed by SELF CAL and EXT CAL? If not, you need to.
