Tektronix 2465B Potentiometer Issues

Folks,

Just wondering if I can bother the '2465B Brain Trust'. Looking for a pointer as to shy none of the potentiometers on the from panel are working at all. When I perform Exercise 01 all of the buttons and LEDs display change vales on the screen but none of the potentiometers.

Any starter for ten much appreciated..
