Tektronix 2711 Spectrum Analyser Lithium Battery Replacement
« on: November 17, 2023, 05:15:25 pm »
Dear Colleagues, I am trying to replace the Lithium Manganese Dioxide Battery of the Tektronix 2711 and I can't find any spare part in the market, I have found out that its nominal voltage has to be 2.8V. Can you give me a solution? Thanks in advance.

A standard lithium coin cell will work fine.

Thank you very much for the contribution, I found a Lithium battery from an HP Spectrum Analyser in my warehouse and by chance I gave it 3.0V and mounted it on the graphics board and the memory dump error that I was getting when starting the computer has disappeared.
