Title: Tektronix 492BP "Processor System Test, Please Wait."

Hi Eevblog forum.

I just bought an used Tektronix 492BP. When i power it on it just stay stuck on message: "PROCESSOR SYSTEM TEST, PLEASE WAIT". And the unit feel warm.
Did i just got scammed? What can i do?
