I'd insist on a refund and leave poor feedback. Otherwise they won't learn to pack things properly, which is, frankly, the absolute basics of online sales.
it lists them as the same part number but they are very clearly different peices - even in the manual you can see the difference.
in the meantime - the CRT was also damaged in the shipping - photo attached.This isnt in the visible area but should i look at getting a new CRT?
so the best bet would be to turn it on and see if i can display a trace properly?ive been worried about turning it on in case i do - it goes bang and it somehow negates my being able to get a refund
