tektronix 7ct1N and 7603 expert needed

Hello I got this set up but the curves on the crt display are upside down and reversed .
What I m doing wrong?
I connect  the horiz-vertical out to an 7b70 on amplifier mode on the horiz in.Also I connect this cable to channel 1 of the 7a18 amplifier with no results at all.
Also  on the dc output of the 7ct1N never reaches the 300 v out like  160 c and the caution lamp goes on at approximate 40 volts,
I replace the 2 resistor of 240 ohms and the 2 50uf capacitors there where at 25 v,very originals.
The 2 180ohms  1watt resistor on the 30v supply are out of value like 220ohms and 300 ohms each but  I dont think these are relevant at the moment.
Also with this modules there is no screen read out on the CRT is this  normal?

The 7CT1N does not support the readout which is what the "N" means.

My guess is that the horizontal/vertical switch at the top of the plug-in is not working properly.
