Hello, I picked up a Tek AWG 610 on Ebay as a hobby restore project. It was listed as dead but now brought back to life.
There is one error reported by the built-in calibration: Direct output: 'fail". The service manual states that the various voltages should be read on a DMM as output by pre-configured waveforms that are on the "performance check/adjustment disk" (floppy). Tek part number 063-A273-00. But that disk is nowhere to be found.
Does anyone possible know where to find such a floppy disk?
Thanks.
