well not supported by xp ..... not even sure if w7 is able to run it ?? try compatibility mode window2000 (if its available) but i think you're going too far with win 7 if its still the case i would scrap everything and redo all with a Win2k Sp4 setup, install all the needed drivers and see ?? BEFORE putting TEKSCOPE packages 6.12 6.13 ... you need to get a basic setup working .. and it's not, you jumping steps i would say no offence that's what i did on a 7404, being sure: the power pc was ok, the pc side was okay, before putting tek softwares, i had many failures before understanding this as i said, it is a pc computer with added scope peripherals / hardware, i tried w95 (was ok) tried w98 (was ok) tried W98 SE (was ok) and tried w2000 (stuck in endless loop), tried Win ME (and was ok) it has upgraded usb drivers and network vs the other os'es ... that's now the limit |

This scope (DPO5054) actually shipped with Windows 7 when it was new. The OEM Windows license sticker on the back is for Windows 7 Ultimate. Also, the original HD that I cloned is Win 7 and the latest deployment package does work on that. I am just trying to reproduce what it came with onto a clean HD without doing a clone, in case of any personal data that may be on there. |

The original hard drive was 160 GB, and the disc says "for 500 GB hard drives". I could put in a 500GB hard drive but it makes me worry why it says that! Are there ISOs of these discs anywhere? I am guessing it is OK to share those because vanilla Windows 7 ISOs have been available for download directly from Microsoft. |
