Tektronix membrane keypad fails

Hi everybody,
my Tektronix MDO3000 keypad is failing. It fails on some areas, for instance the RF numerical keypad.
It is not totally dead; i maean, i can repeatpressing the key forever and it works eventually.
Anyone exprienced solving this issue, please ?
