Tektronix MSO3054 power supply trouble shooting

Hi

need help SMPS used in this scope is Emerson Network Power 7001526-J000 rev A
dc voltages 12v 6.15 A, 6V- 6.15A, 5.1V 0.05A

doesnt power up in burst mode. on visual examination nothing burnt

Any clues
