Tektronix SG5030 Leveled Sinewave Generator

We are considering the purchase of this plug-in a unit….but it shows Front panel Error Codes 81, 82, 83 and 84.  A quick review of the service manual, doesn't show what those error codes mean.

Help ?  Anyone know what these error codes mean ?     

FYI, this TM5000 Series plug in, is plugged into a TM5006 frame....right beside a CG5001 calibrator....fyi.

Any suggestions of a repair center to fix this ?
